Return:

All returned products should be in their original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items. If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

Little Moe will also not be responsible for any lost shipment during the return transit.

It will take approximately 15 working days for the refund process.

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will ONLY refund the value of your returned items in Cash Credit Coupon way (No Cash Refund).

Please note that the shipping fees to be pay by consumers.

Exchange:

Do take note that you can only exchange the exact same item for another size.

The exchange of goods/products must be in their original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items. We do not accept any form of exchange if the products have been used or damaged by the customer.

If our warehouse run out of stock for the exchange item we will ONLY refund the value of your exchange items in Cash Credit Coupon (No Cash Refund).

Little Moe will also not be responsible for any lost shipment during the return transit.

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will arrange to deliver the exchanged item within 7 days. Please take note that we will only send out the exchanged parcel once we received the return parcel.

The items you wish to return/exchange need to be sent back to us within 10 days from the date you received your parcel. We do not accept any return/exchange after this.

The shipping fees to be pay by consumers for exchange parcel.

Cash Credit Coupon:

-Cash Credit Coupon issued must be applied within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited.

-Cash Credit Coupon issued is only applicable to one order transaction, any remaining amount will not be refund.
